The reviews are split. Either people love it or they hate it. We have found that it’s the installation, that makes all the difference. Navien makes a great product at a competitive price. They took the market my storm, over taking their competitors (some who now imitate the design) and continue to innovate and improve year after year. They stand by their warranty and perform as designed. Other leading brands can cost up to twice as much as Navien claiming “they’re easer to Service and repair.” Which then begs the question, “if your product is worth twice as much, why do I need to worry about how easy it is to be repaired?”

Navien makes a quality product at a competitive price which allows for us to spend that saving on a better system sound that product. Improving efficiency of the system and improving the life expectancy of the system. A good installation and proper maintenance will provide our customers with a long salting product and great experience.
